Right of the week is: Constitutional- The Right to contract for, own, and dispose of property. The right to contract for, own, and dispose of property is a Constitutional right. I can own property. I can sell property. I can buy property. If I do this, I have the responsibility to pay any taxes due, keep the property up according to governmental standards, and make any repairs necessary. This costs a lot of money. I have the responsibility to make sure that owning property fits into my budget. The same goes if I sell any property.
