• Must have a desire to work hard to help people develop to their highest potential, integrate fully into the community, reach their personal goals, and have overall great days

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to read/write in English

• Must have High School Diploma/GED

• Must have valid NC Driver's License and a decent driving record

• Must have licensed/registered/insured vehicle in good working condition available for use during working hours

• Criminal background check required - state check if you've lived in NC for at least 5 years, national if not

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm, with occasional additional hours required for training, meetings, and special events
