The right to free access to my money is a facility right.

My money is my money. I have the right to have it and spend it the way I want.

I have the responsibility to be smart with the way I spend my money. I have to remember that I have bills to pay before I can spend my money on things for fun.

This is the way it is for all adults. Everyone who has money has to budget and pay the bills before spending for fun.
