From the Secure Login, your username is in this format:  first.last

Your temporary password is the first name of your co-surveyor, first letter capitalized

Provider Code is MORGAN-NC

You were given "Outside Team Member" access which will allow you to see documents and data about the folks on your caseload and to communicate with us via secure Scomm about those individuals.  Your Therap access will continue through to the end of your visit.
